bufgucci Returns & Refund Policy

Items eligible for returns

Any item purchased from bufgucci.com ("the Boutique") may be returned in original purchase condition within 7 calendar days for a full refund of the item purchase amount; original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.

The deadline for canceling an order/requesting a return is 7 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform the Boutique by e-mail to info@bufgucci.com of your decision, including a clear statement of your intent to return the item.

The Boutique will process reimbursement to you no later than 2 business days from the day on which we receive the returned goods in original purchase condition. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any additional fees for such reimbursement.

Terms and Conditions for returns:
  • The item description meets the requirements stated above for product eligible for return, and

  • The buyer has notified the Boutique within 7 calendar days of the item's confirmed delivery date that they are intending to return of the item for a refund, and

  • The Boutique has notified the buyer of receipt/acceptance of the return goods e-mail request, and

  • The buyer pays all costs involved with and has completed arrangements to transfer possession of the return product to the shipping carrier within 7 calendar days of the Boutique's acknowledgement to the buyer that the request for return/refund has been received/accepted, and

  • The returned item is received by the Boutique in the same condition as what was sent out to the buyer at time of purchase, including as applicable the return of undamaged factory packaging, certifications and product tags

The following goods cannot be returned:

Items while in the custody of the buyer that have incurred damage or show additional signs of use or handling that modify the condition and/or value of the item from its original purchase condition (product listing and associated photographs will be utilized to confirm original product condition for returned goods).

The Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You the buyer are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us the Boutique. You should send the goods to the following address:

The Boutique cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return item's delivery to the Boutique by carrier.

Items Lost and/or Damaged in Shipment

A full refund will be issued in the rare event an item is lost in shipment or when damaged was incurred prior to delivery to address buyer provided at time of checkout. The refund will be initiated within 2 business days from receipt of buyer's e-mail notification to Boutique of such package loss, provided verification from carrier records supports a "lost shipment" event. In the event of damage, buyer is responsible for prompt notification to store of the event, including visual evidence of such damage sent to info@bufgucci.com. At store's sole discretion, buyer may also be required to send damaged items back to the Boutique for examination prior to refund; in these cases, the Boutique will send e-mail to buyer with further directions and a prepaid shipping label for the return of the item(s).
